Gary Talis acquitted of all criminal charges

A protester accused of heckling former First Lady Laura Bush and daughter Jenna and then attacking a wheelchair-bound teen and her family when they told him to shut up was acquitted of all criminal charges yesterday.
Gary Talis, 24, was arrested in April 2008 for squaring off with John Lovetro, his wife, Wendy, and the couple’s daughter, Maureen, 19, who suffers from cerebral palsy, when the trio left the 92nd Street Y, where they had been in the audience listening to the Bushes.
